Summer kicks off with a sprinkling of snow

Mount Donna Buang marked the start of summer with some soft snowfall in what was the coldest start to the season in nearly 30 years.

The Mountain Tucker Facebook page provided the report at 10.40am showcasing a small little snowman on a rock.

A total of 4cm of snow fell on Mount Donna Buang on Monday 1 December. No more snow is forecast as the weather heats up.
