Works to implement better facilities at Redwood Forest will start in the coming weeks.
Warrandale Industries has been appointed to build the new facilities at Redwood Forest and will be delivered by Parks Victoria.
Town planning and Heritage Victoria permits have been received, and a Cultural Heritage Management Plan has been approved.
The designs, which were shared with the community in May 2023, remain unchanged after procurement, assessments and approvals now complete.
During construction, some areas of the park will be temporarily closed to the public to ensure the safety of visitors, contractors and staff.
