Council website back on line

Council recently experienced a system failure of over 24 hours from Sunday 3 September to Monday 4 September , which impacted their website and ability to receive external emails.

The Council’s information technology team worked throughout the day to fix the problem and Council announced via their website that “we are pleased to say that we are gradually coming back online and are now able to receive emails,”

“Some parts of our website might take a bit longer to be restored but we anticipate that by the morning, everything will be fully operational again,” they said.

The Council wanted to thank everyone for their patience and understanding as they worked to get the site back up and running.

If residents sent tried to send us an email in that time period, received a delivery failure, please resend the email again.

Council apologised for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

If you need to contact Council, please feel free to give us a call on 1300 368 333, send us an email at mail@yarraranges.vic.gov.au, visit our website or send us a message on Facebook.
