Stage 10 was a strong day’s riding for Daniel Sanders in the 2024 Dakar Rally, finishing fourth in the stage behind some of the event’s strongest racers to date.

Sanders finished only 47 seconds behind American Ricky Brabec, who further extended his overall lead with another impressive performance.

Despite the good result, Sanders remains eighth overall with two stages to go.

“The terrain was rocky so tweaking the forks a little bit, helped for the day,” he said on his Facebook page.

“We nailed the navigation for the day which was a big win.”
