Police arrest Yellingbo man after he steals car, falls asleep

Lilydale Uniform members have arrested a 24-year-old Yellingbo male after he was found in Coldstream on 31 December asleep at the wheel of a vehicle he allegedly stole from Devils River Parks Victoria Depot.

A search of the vehicle revealed that the man was allegedly in possession an amount of drugs of dependence and numerous stolen items.

The male was later arrested and remanded into custody.
