A planting day dedicated to restoring native biodiversity and threatened species is being held in Gruyere on Sunday 24 August.
Hosted by Regenerating Farms, the event takes place from 10am to 1pm at Murrummong Vineyard, 11 Briarty Road, Gruyere.
The event will improve local biodiversity and catchment health, while also providing a space for meeting like-minded locals and enjoying a positive experience.
The project supports the Yarra Ranges Council’s Ribbons of Green program and Yarra4Life projects.
Attendees are expected to bring a hat, water bottle, gloves and weather appropriate clothes.
