Wandin North man caught for road raging behaviours



On Tuesday the 12th of August,

A Wandin North male had his car impounded for road raging behaviours on Tuesday 12 August.

A Highway Patrol Unit saw the 29-year-old tailgating and flashing his headlights at the vehicle in front of him on Clegg Road, Wandin North.

The police did a U-turn to investigate and saw both cars pulled over.

As the offending driver exited his vehicle to go and confront the other driver police activated their lights and sirens and he thought better of it and returned to his car.

The driver underwent a breath test and provided a sample of 0.134, his vehicle was impounded, and licence immediately suspended for a minimum of 12 months.

He will have to explain his actions to a magistrate at a later date.
