Warburton death treated as not suspicious



Police have deemed the death of a woman in Warburton as not suspicious.

Locals found the body of a woman in the Yarra River on Monday 16 June at around 11 am.

A Victoria police spokesman said the death of the woman was “not being treated as suspicious”.

Police were on scene at near Dammans Road and Warburton Highway and the Upper Yarra SES helped retrieve the body.
