Lilydale police station is appealing for information surrounding a missing person in East Warburton.
Shelby was last seen in East Warburton about 10.30pm on Friday 11 April.
The 23-year-old is described as approximately 170cm tall with long brown hair and brown eyes.
It is believed Shelby may be in the Melbourne CBD area.
