The Yarra Ranges Council’s online payment service is currently down as of Thursday 10 April.
Users on will not be able to make a payment online through the ePathway service the council uses to accept payments.
A Facebook post on the Yarra Ranges Council Facebook page provided the update.
“Our online service, ePathway, which is used to handle various payments on our website is currently down for maintenance and is temporarily unavailable,” the post read.
The council encouraged residents of the Yarra Ranges to call on 1300 368 333 or visit one of its community links if they needed to make a payment.
“We’re working to get the system back online as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience,” the post read.
