Local Your Library branches in the Outer East will be closed for a period on Thursday 30 May.
Libraries will be closed form 9am to 1pm to allow for library staff to attend the memorial service of Joseph Cullen, who was actively holding the position of CEO when he died suddenly on Sunday 12 May.
