WHYLD’s Festive Summer minimarket coming up

The Woori Yallock, Hoddles Creek, Yellingbo, Launching Place and Don Valley (WHYLD) Community Groups’ seasonal summer minimarket is coming up on Saturday 9 December, with a focus on the festive season.

Stalls will be open from 12pm to 3pm at the Don Valley Hall.

The market is a great opportunity to find local handmade items and unique gifts for Christmas and support local business, and Yarra Valley Red Cross.

Fresh local produce available from the WHYLD stall, a BBQ will be provided by Don Valley Primary School, barista coffee, tea and cold drinks available and door prize of $10 voucher to spend on site will be drawn hourly. There will also be Christmas activities including carols and colouring or attendees can browse or borrow a book from the Street Library.

The proceeds will support future self-sustaining markets. Plastic bags are discouraged, so please BYO bag or basket.
