A newly engaged couple sure had their fair share of adrenaline for one day, after their exciting announcement they were then faced with the not-so-exciting sight of a fire.
Upon arrival, Hillcrest CFA crews were faced with about 20 tyres on fire with the possibility of it spreading to nearby vehicles and structures.
Crews worked quickly to ensure no spreading occurred and thankfully all damage was contained to the tyres with a little bit of heat damage to a nearby shed.
The owners sustained minor injuries and the brigade wish them a speedy recovery and a massive congratulations on their exciting news.
