Breathwork session at Yarra Valley ECOSS



Warburton local Mitch Anderson is hosting a breathwork session at Yarra Valley ECOSS on Friday 7 July.

After 10 years of experience in a variety of meditation and breathing techniques, Mitch has recently completed certification through Owaken Breathwork and is endorsed by other facilitators including Helle Weston and Lukis Mac. Mitch has regularly held Men’s Circles over the years and highly values integrity, safety and clear communication within the spaces he holds.

This form of breathwork is not suitable for those with a history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injuries, surgery or illness. This form of breathwork is also not suitable for those with a history of mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalisation for any psychiatric or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis, current drug or alcohol addiction.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat or similar to lay on

Eye mask (there will be some spare if you don’t have one)

Blanket for comfort

Water bottle

Journal and pen

Any items that are sacred /inspiring to place on a communal altar.
