Simon Szitovszky is wanted by Victoria Police for theft, possessing cannabis, driving a vehicle whilst exceeding the prescribed concentration of drugs, and driving at a dangerous speed.
Six warrants have been issued for his arrest.
Mr Szitovszky is known to frequent the Yarra Junction area.
