Fairy-tales at Blue Lotus Water Garden

Blue Water Lotus Garden is hosting story time sessions for kids in its Fairy Garden for Labour Day weekend.

Kristabelle the Fairy Queen will be there to host storytime at 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm on Saturday 11 March, Sunday 12 March, and Monday 13 March.

Kristabelle encourages all the kids to come to the garden in their very best fairy dress, wings and all.

Blue Water Lotus Garden is Australia’s largest tropical watergarden and is located at 2628 Warburton Highway Yarra Junction.

Just in time for Kristabelle’s visit, the garden is opening its new picnic area complete with barbeques, tables, shelters, and a play area with a cubby, twisty slides, and a sand pit for those interested in making the day a family affair for the long weekend.

Tickets are $22 for adults, $19.50 for seniors, $6 for kids aged 4-15, and free for kids aged 0-4. Tickets are available at the counter or at their website.
