A man believed to be in his 30s is being airlifted to hospital following reports he suffered a snake bite in Healesville this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the reported snake bite near the Black Spur Road just before 3pm.
Some 11 vehicles have responded to the call to assist, with SES, Ambulance Victoria and CFA teams present.
Lilydale SES and Healesville SES crews have assisted in the extraction for paramedics to treat the male victim.
