Warburton’s monthly Sunday market will be filled with festive cheer this Sunday, with a special Christmas Market being held on Sunday 5 December.

Arts, crafts, local produce and live music will all be available for the taking, with 30 stalls filled with local goods to fill up the stockings.

Market coordinator Leanne Hall said it will help to support both local creators and residents hunting for presents in a beautiful and friendly atmosphere.

“People can come and relax and enjoy the market atmosphere while doing their Christmas shopping,” Ms Hall said.

Ms Hall expects this weekend’s event will draw in a huge crowd, with residents and visitors to the region itching to enjoy the outdoors.

“There will be live music and lots of arts and craft stalls, food and produce. It will be bigger than our other markets.”

The market will be open from 11am and run until 3pm at the site behind the Warburton Arts Centre.
