The police search to find missing Woori Yallock resident Vincent Furfaro is ongoing.
Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate the 60-year old, who left his home on Shirley Crescent sometime between 9.30pm on Monday 12 August and 6.30am Tuesday 13 August.
Mr Furfaro left on foot and does not have his phone or wallet with him.
There are concerns for Mr Furfaro’s welfare as he has a medical condition that requires medication.
Mr Furfaro is described as having an olive complexion, with short grey hair and 175cm tall.
He was last seen wearing a grey woollen jacket, navy blue windcheater, blue jeans and black runners.
Police have released an image of Mr Furfaro in the hope that he can be identified by local residents.
The mounted police branch have been seen along the Warburton Trail assisting local police and SES in the Woori Yallock area.
Police helicopters have also been spotted flying low over the area.
Police urge anyone who sees Vincent Furfaro or has information on his whereabouts to contact Lilydale Police Station on 9739 2300.
