The Fire Danger Period will end on Wednesday 1 May in the Yarra Ranges and Cardinia.
The CFA-declared period restricts the use of fire in the community to help prevent fires from starting, and started on 19 November.
Local council restrictions on burning off will still apply once the Fire Danger Period is lifted.
