Man killed in Seville East crash



A man has died following a collision in Seville East.

Investigators attended a three-car collision on Warburton Highway near Joyce Road that occurred about 5.15am on Thursday 4 April.

It is believed a head-on collision occurred between two cars.

The driver of one of the vehicles died.

A third car then hit one of the cars involved in the head-on.

The deceased man is yet to be identified.

The drivers of the other two vehicles, a man aged in his twenties and another in his thirties, have been taken to Maroondah Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

The Warburton Highway was closed in both directions from Joyce Road and Old Warburton Highway.
