Drinkmate Australia Pty Ltd have recalled its One Litre PET Carbonation Bottle for the Drinkmate OmniFizz on 4 June.

The one litre PET bottles are used with the Drinkmate OmniFizz to carbonate water and other drinks.

The recall has been conducted as the affected PET bottle may over-pressure and explode during use, and there’s a risk of injury including abrasions and hearing damage if the bottle explodes.

Incidents have occurred.

Consumers should stop using affected bottles immediately and check the expiration date of your bottle.
