Police are appealing for assistance to locate William Connors.
The 39 year old is known to frequent the Yarra Rangers, Maroondah and Knox areas.
William is wanted on warrants for traffic related offences.
He is described as being around 175cm tall with a medium build, brown hair and a fair complexion.
