UPPER Yarra Secondary College’s commitment to its community has been rewarded with tickets to see the squash competition at the Commonwealth Games during the school holidays.
The school has been chosen by Safeway Yarra Junction as winner of its “Bring Kids to the Games” competition. Every Safeway store in Victoria had a set of tickets and UYSC was chosen because of its commitment to community projects, events and fundraisers over the past year.
The students will be among more than 3000 students attending various events during the Commonwealth Games.
