Donna Buang gets a little dust

A teeny bit of snow dropped overnight but nothing is forecast for the weekend means the season may be almost done.

Mount Donna Buang received a light dusting of snow last night at around 1234 m altitude and should get a little more (up to 0.8cm) in the late evening of Thursday 31 August.

Weekend prospects for snow are a no-go however as light rain continues mostly falling on Thursday afternoon.

Freeze and thaw conditions with a max 7°C on Saturday morning, min 0°C overnight on Thursday night.

Winds will decrease with fresh winds from the southwest on Thursday night, with calm conditions by Friday night.
