Warburton resident Cailie Coney entered into three sections of the Lilydale and Yarra Valley Show’s art competitions, submitting pottery, art and needlework.

By the end of the judging, she had won in every category and was also the overall winner.

Unfortunately, she arrived just too late for the handing out of the ribbons and to accept her trophy.

Cailie does pottery at Cornell Potteries, where she worked on her award-winning Duck Pond, in Warburton on Thursdays, art therapy on Mondays and does art, craft and pottery at home after work and weekends.

On top of her dedication and interest in art, Cailie is also a Volunteer at Yarra Valley ECOSS in Wesburn and Forever Friends Animal Sanctuary in Gladysdale.
