A reminder for young jobseekers that the Outer Eastern Local Learning and Employment Network (OELLEN) and Yarra Ranges Council are presenting the Yarra Ranges Youth Career Expo on Wednesday 4 May at Yarra Ranges Tech School, 1 Jarlo Drive Lilydale, Building L4.
From 5.30pm to 8.30pm, the free expo aims to help 15-25-year-old school students, recent school leavers or those rethinking your career pathways to come explore potential career opportunities.
At 6.30pm a panel of career guidance experts , recent school leavers and employers will discuss employment opportunities in a talk and Q and A.
There will be experts strewn throughout rooms, offering advice and talks, providing the following advice and assistance:
Resume writing and interview skills
How to find an apprenticeship
One on one interview practice sessions and resume reviews
Meet local employers with open job vacancies
Bookings are essential and pre-registering for the event will gain you access to updated event information.
All attendees over the age of 18 are required to be vaccinated and to provide proof of vaccination upon arrival
