Wandin’s winning streak continues

Wandin remains undefeated in the AFL Outer East’s Premier Division with their comfortable win over Pakenham at home in Round Six.

The Doggies were comfortable at the Kennel despite the absence of star recruit Aaron Mullett who suffered a hamstring injury in the win over Woori Yallock the week prior.

Clinton Johnson took up the goalkicking mantle with four snags without partner-in-crime Mullet, who is still the league’s leading goalkicker with 26.

Wandin was never really troubled by the Lions, who didn’t manage to kick more than two goals in any quarter.

Former Falcon Jordan Jaworski kicked two goals, with one each coming from Brodie Atkins, Andres Baker, Patty Bruzzese, Harrison Byrne, Cody Hirst, Patrick Hodgett and Tom Merlino, making for a good spread of goalkickers across the board.

Cody Hirst, Chayce Black, Patty Bruzzese, Patrick Hodgett, Connor Smith, Andres Baker were the top Dogs for the day.
