Hop Fest will celebrate the Yarra Valley’s rich brewing history and its craft brewers and small batch cider makers of today.
Healesville Sanctuary is launching the event on Saturday 3 November and it’ll run through to Melbourne Cup Day, Tuesday 6 November.
There’ll be beer and cider on offer, plus Sanctuary Harvest have been busy putting together a menu of gourmet-style street food, from sticky ribs to salted soft pretzels and pulled pork tacos.
The Chandon ‘S’ Sparkling Bar will be serving new takes on the classic champagne cocktail.
Games plus local musicians and bands complete the picture.
Ticket sales contribute to the recovery of the brush-tailed rock wallaby.
Tickets include sanctuary entry, a Hop Fest tasting glass, access to two exclusive event spaces and all tastings.
