FIVE-piece band ‘The Ligian Mode’ are set to bring their unique style of alternative pop/rock to Warburton next month.
Cheryle Abela from The Who Club said she was tremendously excited to have The Ligian Mode booked for a winter gig.
Playing originals and led by Liga Lupoiu, the band focuses on a blend of Liga’s traditional singer/songwriter roots and the band’s more edgy rock sound.
The played their first official gig in Bendigo in May and are building a fan base with live gigs at The John Curtin, The Workers Club, The Gasometer and The Corner Hotel.
Band member Rachel Caddy said the group is excited to be heading up into the Yarra Valley and looking forward to playing to a new audience.
The Ligian Mode will be at The Who Club in Warburton on gig on Saturday, 13 August.
