THE Valley Collective in conjunction with Hanrahan Vineyard are hosting a night of opera and Italian cuisine and wine on 12 February at Hanrahan Vineyard in Gruyere.
Showcasing local talent and Yarra Valley-based suppliers, ‘An Opera in the Valley’ promises a sophisticated night of dining and music.
Entertainment will be provided by Healesville singer Genevieve Dickson and Melbourne-based Cam Sibly accompanied by Jane Mathieson on Piano.
The group will perform popular numbers by composers such as Mozart, Bellini, Puccini and Verdi.
A four-course Tuscan inspired menu will be served to guests prepared by internationally trained chef Jessie Crossely of Locavore studio in Lilydale.
