YARRA Valley residents and visitors from further afield flocked to the Healesville Railway Station over the weekend for the Healesville Heritage Festival.
The festival, which ran on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October, saw vintage trucks, engines and cars fill the grounds at the station, taking visitors back in time with displays, exhibits and entertainment.
Steam machines weren’t the only thing on display, with interesting vintage vehicles on display, including Peter and Linda Dickenson’s pink tractor, painted for breast cancer awareness.
Being held at the railway station, visitors were also ferried to and fro up the railway line in the Yarra Valley Railway Walker Railmotor RM22 – which will run visitors along the line towards Yarra Glen when the line re-opens in coming years.
Mail photographer Greg Carrick stopped by the festival to capture the action.
