Twilight alright for market-goers

CHIRNSIDE Park is saving the best for last with its final Twilight Market for the season on Thursday 23 April, from 5-9pm.
Embracing the cooler weather, the final event will draw on influence from European Christmas Markets, featuring mulled wine, marshmallow toasting for the kids and Ice Age playing at the blow-up cinema from 7pm.
Food trucks Digging for Fire, Meatball and Sons, Nem n Nem, the Curry Truck and others will roll into the centre with warming winter specials.
Locals Yarra Valley Cider, Yarra Natural Soaps, Yarra Valley Gift Hampers and Picanniny Estate will return for one last hurrah as the Twilight Market finishes for the season.
Celebrating the best of the Yarra Valley region and bringing Melbourne’s best food trucks to the East for the first time, Chirnside Park’s Twilight Markets have attracted almost 9000 people to date.
The last market will be held on Thursday 23 April, from 5-9pm at the Cinema Car Park, off Maroondah Highway.
Entry is free of charge.
