HEALESVILLE Football Netball Club has revealed an exciting new-look line-up for its 2015 season, including a new head coach.
Heading the inclusions is senior coach Bryan ‘Jack’ Cole, who brings much experience, coaching both Montmorency and Geensborough football clubs.
As a coach, Bryan has taken these clubs into finals consistently since 2005 and has also been involved in the AFL TAC Cup program for Northern Knights.
Bryan’s playing career has been at Collingwood (AFL), Coburg (VFL) and Montmorency.
Healesville will also unleash a host of handy recruits, including Jason Reynolds, who will take up a playing senior assistant role.
Reynolds is a versatile player, capable of playing multiple key positions, as well as ruck.
He has played in the VAFA, SFL and EFL, as well as being a three-time premiership player with Oakleigh Amateur Football Club.
Joining him is Paul Fermanis, a strong midfield-forward who has played with Noble Park (EFL) and Port Melbourne (VFL).
Meanwhile, tall Brogan Murray brings much experience after being involved with the Greater Western Sydney talented athlete program.
He has also represented Australia in elite international volleyball.
Brogan has played with Leongatha and Northcote Cougars in the NFL.
Club president Felix Fraraccio said the new additions had created a buzz around the club.
“We’re confident of being part of a successful year at Healesville,” he said.
“We welcome all our new coaching staff, players and their families to the club.”
Seniors regular Luke Barclay will coach the reserves, while the Under 18s coach is Thomas Chandler, who was also at the helm for last year’s premiership.
