HEALESVILLE Tennis Club is making it easy for anyone who ever thought they might like to have a hit.
The club runs a full program of social and competition tennis, for all ages and abilities on most days of the week.
Tuesdays are packed with mid-week ladies competition from 10am, regular players and emergencies wanted, social tennis for all ages at the Don Road Complex and the Tuesday night in-house competition at Queen’s Park.
A ladies’ social morning is held on Wednesdays from 9.30am to 11am at Queens Park, and a Thursday mid-week ladies competition is held weekly starting at 9.30am. Emergencies are wanted for this competition.
Junior and senior competitions are held on Saturdays and new players are also wanted for this competition.
For youngsters who want to try out the club is running a six-week, free Hot Shots junior beginner program on Thursdays, 3.30pm to 4.45pm in March and April.
Monday 23 March has been set aside for the annual ladies’ doubles round-robin fun day from 9.30am to 2pm.
The club also offers court hire for casual tennis players, and coaching.
