A BOOK launch at renowned Yarra Valley restaurant Belle Vedere signed off on two ambitious Year 12 projects with a difference. Little Yarra Steiner School students Hannah Fox and Eve Houghton focused on food and nutrition for their Year 12 Independent Research Project. Hannah produced a health food recipe book and Eve a book based on nutrition. Hannah’s book ‘Healing Foods’ and Eve’s book ‘Food for Thought’ were launched by Belle Vedere chef Gary Cooper in October.
