THIS week we celebrate the people of Healesville as the town warms up for its 150th in November.
The idea is to get a timestamp of the town as it is today – so that maybe in another 150 years people can look back on it and see how the town may have changed.
People were chosen at random, down the street or at events where our reporters were out and about. That’s the great thing about this town – there’s a mixture of people from all walks of life, and opinions.
We don’t profess it to cover all groups, but we believe it’s a great cross-section of people who live, work or play in town and make Healesville what it is today.
This is just one of our special editions that celebrate all things Healesville. Keep an eye out for other projects throughout the year.
