Catch art showcase

By KATH GANNAWAY

SOME of Warburton potter Jeff Wilmott’s beautiful raku pots are no bigger than a handful.
This is in stunning contradiction to the towering carvings that provide a backdrop at the Out of the Blue exhibition in Warburton.
The exhibition of paintings, photographs, ceramics and Cockatoo artist Ronni Sexton’s WoodHenge Carvings that opened at The Art Centre in Warburton on 2 November, has been extended by two weeks to Wednesday, 27 November.
Sunni Rhiona who developed the concept for the exhibition said it a metaphor.
“Everything happens out of the blue,” she says.
Fortunately for those who may have thought they’d missed the collection, quite out of the blue, the opportunity is now there to enjoy this free exhibition.
