TAKE a behind-the-scene’s look at the wineries of the Warburton Highway as eight of the smaller wineries open their shed doors as part of Shedfest Yarra Valley Wine Festival.
Every year on the second weekend in October the Yarra Valley wine experience focuses on the Warburton Highway when wineries open their sheds for two days of fabulous food, fine wine, live music and entertainment.
See what goes into making the wine the valley is famous for; the crushers, barrels, tractors and other equipment that is vitally important to the production of fine wines… and importantly, meet the people who make it all happen.
Shedfest is the type of wine festival that capitalises on the intimacy of the smaller wineries, and the diversity of the owners and winemakers who design their Shedfest experience to reflect their character and charm.
Enjoy the wine and food, stunning views, the music and the special activities at each winery as the valley celebrates the new spring season on Saturday, 12 and Sunday, 13, October.
