GUMBOOTS will fly this month as Yarra Valley residents attempt to break a world record.
Rochford Winery, as part of the Yarra Valley Gumboot Season, will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for most people simultaneously throwing gumboots on Saturday 20 July.
The winery is aiming to get more than 300 people throwing their gumboots across the green at 2pm to try and break the current record, which last year stood at 238.
