A WOORI Yallock P-plater will be charged for drink-driving with an overloaded car in Ringwood early this morning.
Ringwood police intercepted a vehicle travelling through the bus terminal at the Ringwood Railway Station around 4.35am.
The 18-year-old Woori Yallock man, who has only had his licence for five weeks, was carrying three women and a man in his car, breaching the conditions of his probationary licence.
Police said he underwent an evidentiary breath test at Ringwood police station and returned a reading of 0.166.
The man will be charged on summons with traffic offences including drink-driving and breach of licence conditions.
