P-plate impound

A P-PLATE driver has had his car impounded after police caught him overtaking four or five cars over double lines at Coldstream on 12 January.
Healesville Acting Sergeant Matt McInnes said the driver from North Baywater was heading down the hill towards Stringbark Creek and was within a minute’s drive of an overtaking lane when police clocked him doing 128km in an 80km zone.
