LIONEL Ritchie and Guy Sebastian will perform their All Night Long duet as a highlight of the Day On The Green concert at Rochford in Coldstream on Saturday 2 April.
The song, a new collaboration between the music legend and Australian favourite was recorded to raise funds for those affected by the Christchurch earthquakes and Queensland floods.
Lionel Ritchie said the people of New Zealand and Australia had been good to him during his career and he welcomed the opportunity to return the kindness.
“Music is meant to lift the spirit of mankind.
“There will always be the appropriate avenue for sombre reflection on what was lost in these disasters, however, I chose All Night Long because it will give people a reason to donate and celebrate the good times ahead instead of just dwelling on the past,” he said.
Guy Sebastian said he was still pinching himself to be able to record with the music legend.
“I hope people get behind it and support the appeals that the money is going to.”
The single is available now to purchase and download from the iTunes stores in Australia and New Zealand.
The live performance is sure to unforgettable experience for the Yarra Valley audience.
