NEW Year’s Eve is all about celebrating the year ahead with friends, family and, sometimes, friends you haven’t even met yet!
Coldstream Brewery is a popular local meeting place all year round, and that sense of the brewery as a “place for everyone” makes it the ideal New Year’s Eve venue.
Coldstream brewery was a dream come true for four friends Rohan, Mike, Phil and Cam who transformed the old antiques and collectibles shop, loaded with character, into a working micro-brewery.
They opened in June 2007 and with their distinctive beers and cider, made on site as the cornerstone of the business, the brewery has become a first-stop for many visitors to the valley, and a regular lunch and dinner date for locals.
The brewery offers tours and tastings of the beers and cider, including their current brew of seasonal beers.
The restaurant has a new menu to try and, combined with their locals nights and restaurant specials, there is always something new on offer.
“Our new menu is tailored with locals in mind with a variety of meals at reasonable prices,” said new restaurant manager Shivon Ferris.
“As always, however, the emphasis is always on quality,” she added.
Coldstream Brewery also caters for functions and group bookings. Shivon and new bar manager Amelia King, are keen to share their passion for all that Coldstream Brewery has to offer, including exciting plans for the big New Year’s Eve party.
