MICK Thomas added considerably to his already huge Yarra Valley fan base when he rocked Healesville as part of the Healesville Music Festival in June.
On Saturday, 2 October, Thomas returns ‘ with friends, to Healesville Memorial Hall, the Memo Hall.
The fourth concert in Yarra Ranges Council’s Live @ The Memo series, Thomas is a class act and follows Broderick Smith, Kutcha Edwards and My Friend The Chocolate Cake.
His warm, familiar voice wraps itself around the deceptively simple sound of his lyrical, life-like sketches and songs about everyday life and the mysteries inside everyone.
His songs are about the ordinary, and extraordinary ‘ mates, ratbags, races, places, weddings, parties ‘ anything!
He can be funny, poignant and disarmingly bittersweet as he engages with his audience and astounds with his no-holds-barred guitar work, energy and talent.
To book phone 5965 3528. Tickets may also be available at the door.
