UPPER Ferntree Gully all rounder Jay “Sticks” Colee was a popular winner of the Jack Feaver Medal for the 2010 season’s best and fairest cricketer in the Ferntree Gully and District Cricket Association.
Colee shared the lead with Belgrave’s Leigh Newey and Lysterfield all rounder Kyle Snyman until he claimed three votes from the final game to win by that margin.
It was his first medal after being runner-up several times in the past.
In Decoite Shield, FTG Footballers star Chris Brittain was a runaway winner of the Ron Lomax Medal, winning by five votes.
