The Yarra Ranges club walked away from the titles with seven national champions.
Defending Victorian champion Brandon Loebert, who has just turned 13, fought for the Australian title of the schools boys flyweight title and beat Queenslander Harry Patterson comfortably in every round.
Rachel Phillips fought in both boxing and kickboxing.
She won the Victorian title in two divisions in 2008 and this year became the Victorian champion in the lightweight division.
Rachel then fought D. J. Lyons from Queensland for the Australian title to become the Australian female flyweight champion.
She is also a national kickboxing champion for 2009.
Warburton fighter Arjen Jonker defeated Justin Lang from Tasmania quite easily to win the Australian junior heavyweight championship. He also became national senior cruiserweight champion.
Former Victorian and Australian champion Caragh Hall returned to boxing this year, four months after giving birth to a baby girl.
Caragh fought through the elimination series undefeated and won the Australian title with a walk-over as her NSW opponent pulled out.
Andrew Kemp is a newcomer to the sport, but his natural ability saw him face off with experienced Victorian Scott McKewan for the middleweight title. He lost on points, narrowly.
Mel Colcott fought her way from a silver medal in the light-middleweight division in the Victorian titles to win gold at the nationals.
Super-welterweight champion Ed Abel has been Victorian champion three years in a row but has been unlucky in the Australian titles so far winning a bronze and silver.
This year his luck changed and he took out the gold. He will now look to compete at the Commonwealth Games trails in 2010.
Nishal Wimwalawansa also put in a good fight for third place in the Australian welterweight division and newcomer Jayden Turnovic was second in the cruiserweight division.
