Traditional Indian

TANDOORI Plaza is a delightful Indian restaurant and function centre that has been part of the Mooroolbark scene for more than 20 years.
Owned and operated by a husband and wife team, HP and Dolly Singh, there is a loyal band of dedicated staff to pamper patrons and attend to their every wish.
While HP whips up a storm in the kitchen with other staff members, Dolly is the Maitre De and attends to the customers.
HP said over the past two decades Tandoori Plaza had built up a steady base of loyal customers who had to have their curry fix at least once a week.
The entry to the restaurant is impressive with traditional interior decor.
There are saffron coloured walls with white timber panelling, murals and authentic Indian paintings, mirrored wall panels, a huge dance floor with mirrored ceiling and strobe lights.
Along with a well-stocked bar and well-spaced tables it all comes together to make the dining experience at Tandoori Plaza enjoyable and memorable. Tandoori Plaza offers an outside catering service and is an ideal venue for birthdays, anniversaries and weddings.
HP and his staff can prepare not only Indian food but a range of Western, Oriental and Mediterranean foods.
Make a date now to check out Tandoori Plaza when you next dine out. HP, Dolly and their friendly staff will ensure you are pleasantly surprised.
