Tip to win car

RAINBOW Meats kicks off its 2009 Footy Tipping competition with the first bounce of the season on Thursday night, 26 March.
First prize for this year’s competition is a Toyota Yaris car, and every week a Straight-8 tipster will win a $500 prize!
This will be the fifth year of the multi-award winning Rainbow Meats has run its Footy Tipping Competition – and proprietor, Frank Russo, expects this year will be bigger and better than ever!
“It is so simple to be a part of the Footy Tipping Competition,” Frank said.
“Customers simply swipe their loyalty card on the dedicated touch screen at Rainbow Meats and put in their tips. They get a print-out of their tips and every week they are in with a chance to be that week’s Straight-8 tipster – which means they could win a $500 prize.”
At the end of the season, the winning tipster will drive away with a new car.
“It is also great to see other Chirnside Park Shopping Centre retailers get involved in the competition also, through sponsoring the weekly Straight-8 prizes.
“It gives a real community feel to the competition and helps promote Chirnside Park Shopping Centre,” Frank added.
He said that, in today’s tougher economic times, he believed more people were increasingly responding to the appeal of “real” food and buying it locally.
“When the dollar gets tight out there, they are making the choice to have more home cooked meals.
“We are able to help them with their choices for that home cooked meal.
“We can give them some good quality, healthy options,” he said.
Rainbow Meats Footy Tipping Competition is now open for customers to put in their tips for the first round, commencing Thursday night, 26 March.
Shoppers just need to pick up their Loyalty Card at Rainbow Meats and start tipping.
As Frank Russo says, “You have got to be in it to win it!”
