ARE you looking for a lifestyle change?
Someone who can support you and motivate you to increase your fitness levels and ways to stay healthy?
Michelle Redman, Shelly Paul and Cathy McVay are the trainers for you!
Counting 20 years experience, these ladies are the brains behind The Vitality Room, which is in its third year of opening.
Besides personal training, the group offers a great quality studio gym for clients to use at their own leisure.
The gym has cardio and weight training machines as well as a circuit training area.
Personal training, Pilates, Yoga, Nia, a cardio movement session, and Vitality Corps classes will continue to run as normal upstairs.
“Our clients were interested in being able to train outside their personal sessions and there was public demand for the studio gym to be introduced,” said Ms Redman.
“As people get healthier and maintain their health they look for independence as well as personal training. The new gym really allows that independence.”
Staffed by qualified and experienced trainers, the Vitality Room gym is passionate about providing up-to-date information on improving health and wellbeing.
They provide clients with a personalised program to suit and improve their fitness.
“We design training programs to suit people’s individual needs,” said Ms Redman.
“We aim to create a unique atmosphere where you will feel comfortable, safe and able to focus on feeling fit and fabulous,” she said.
The beauty of The Vitality Room is that there are no long-term contracts and the first 100 clients will receive a 50 per cent discount on their joining fee.
Males and females of any age are welcome to join.
Ms Redman suggests that anyone interested in signing up should come down to The Vitality Room and have a look at the space or call up to chat to one of the friendly staff members.
“We aim to help clients improve their fitness and we also educate them about nutrition,” said Ms Redman who refers to two ends of the stick.
“We educate people about the right types of foods and help set goals to improve general wellbeing.”
